Not to your website: the report is done from the outside. One exception, for your real Google rankings: you add us as a viewer on your Google Search Console (2 minutes, we send you the steps, and you can remove us whenever you want). If you don’t have one, we tell you and work with the other measurements. For the monthly plan, everything can be delivered ready to install; if you’d rather we install it, limited access is enough — never a shared password. For a web project, the proposal lists the exact access needed (for example collaborator access to your Shopify store or to your ad account), which you remove when the project ends.

Who we are. Boomly (boomly.ca) provides online visibility services (reports, SEO and AI-assistant visibility), website and campaign improvement, and automation to businesses in Canada. Personal information protection officer: the Boomly team — [email protected].
What we collect. The information you provide in our forms (name, business, email, website, city, services, description of your need, timeline and budget in mind) and, when you buy, the billing information processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.
Why. Solely to provide and bill the service, produce your reports and communicate with you about them. We never sell or rent your information.
With whom. Our technical providers, strictly as needed: website hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), form handling (Formspree), email delivery.
Your rights. You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Delivery. The timeline (5 business days for the report) starts when we receive your answers to the post-payment form. The whole service happens in writing, by email.
The report ($499). Fully refundable on request as long as production hasn’t started. Once the report is delivered, it is non-refundable.
Monthly SEO + AI ($500/mo). No commitment: cancel anytime from your client portal, no notice, no fees. Cancelling stops the renewal; the month already billed remains due and its deliverables are provided.
Custom web projects. Scope, deliverables, access needed, exclusions, price and timeline are set in a written proposal. No work starts and nothing is billed before your written approval.
No guaranteed results. Nobody controls AI answers or Google rankings, and no work guarantees a sales volume or a return. We guarantee the work delivered — never a position, a recommendation or a sales figure.
Taxes and billing. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, calculated and billed by Stripe based on your address.
